Hotel Ninety Five Parkchester

The rooms were very clean & affordable. I don't think the A/C worked gold enough for the New York heat, and the parking lot is easy too small for all the guests. But other than that. I really liked it.

I had the best two nights here last weekend. The vibe is just so freaking awesome I can't even tell you. Even though they are still getting everything together, the smallest of flaws can be completely overlooked because the staff is so accommodating and I have no doubt that once everything is 100% in place this is the only hotel that I will be giving my business to. The only complaint I had was that my Friday and Saturday rate, while completely reasonable at $120, I felt should have decreased on Sunday, being that the prices are always higher on the weekend. However, when I asked for what the price would be for Sunday I was actually quoted $140 which confused me because I was expecting it to go from $120 to $100 since it was no longer the weekend you know. Other than that, my 2 nights there were more than great. Although I am a smoker myself, I am glad it's a non-smoking hotel because the smell of smoke in the hallways would definitely ruin the very pleasant vibes this place gives off. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I hope people don't ruin this nice place. I will definitely be going back there a lot.

hotel is very artsy, clean, comfortable bed, great service desk, due to the pandemic and new hotel price is awesome right now, I would definitely come again...

Absolutely LOVED my stay here. The decor is artsy and so creative. I was so surprised to see that each bed were in separate rooms with its own bathroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is parking. The parking lot is small therefore parking spot were tight. Worse of all, my husband was asked to move the car by 7:30am on a Sunday because the parking lot is part of a church and they needed the spaces for their service. He was not happy about that. Note: not sure if this is only asked of on Sundays. Other than that overall it was a great experience and will stay here again. :)

The vibe and service… looks incredible, but I noticed it's surprisingly difficult to book a room directly without calling or using 3rd party apps. As a developer, I see a huge opportunity here to automate your reservations and save those 20% commissions. This is a new property in a great central Bronx location. The ambience is very soothing and the hospitality is absolutely wonderful. The amenities are amazing at such reasonable price that it can be considered the best value in NYC. My stay here was truly memorable and I do look forward to coming back soon.

I'll start by saying that overall it was a nice stay and I'd come back. Noise- being that this hotel is near a highway and train station there is alot of road noise that could be a deal breaker for many but is not too bad that it bothered me. Parking- is complimentary however there is only about 6-10 spaces if you can get crafty with parking in some corners so is limited. Sunday morning you have to leave the parking by 730am since is a shared lot woth a nearby church. Price- compared to other hotels nearby they are affordable and don't charge tax. Cleaniness- overall the room was clean. In my stay the soap dispenser was empty, (personally I always bring my own soap.) Chair wasn't cleaned up to a tea, and bed sheets had 1 minor stain. The room had a nice natural smell.

It was a comfortable stay. The only thing the door should be more insulated cause you can hear the door slamming. Definitely will stay there again.
